smooth check-in serene environment attractive rooms
The staff ensured a smooth check-in. The environment felt serene. I found the rooms to be quite attractive. The building is situated in a location convenient for visiting Don Mills.
I experienced a minor issue with slow service at breakfast. Sometimes there was a small wait to receive coffee.

Check-in was quick. The room had a spacious layout. I saw several restaurants close by , which was very convenient.

kind staff easy check good cleanliness
the staff in the bar and restaurant were very kind. ida gave special attention to my senior father and was very helpful. the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and check in was easy. the overall cleanliness was good with no issues in my room.

spacious room comfortable bed convenient location low toilet missing microwave cleanliness issue
The room was quite spacious , with a very comfortable bed. The big screen TV was also appreciated , offering a good way to watch sports. The hotel's location proved convenient, with many restaurants nearby.
The toilet was unusually low , I am not a tall person and found it uncomfortable. I noticed there was no microwave in the room. Also , there were some minor cleanliness issues.

the check-in was smooth the lady at the desk was helpful. the room had a good city view and was quite spacious. i appreciated the updated bathroom and shower. parking was convenient.
